Combined Approach

Hypnosis can be used in conjunction with other approaches. For instance, we may choose to use psychotherapy or counselling with hypnosis.

The two studies are inclined towards asking the subject questions and probing into deeper areas to uncover more information.  It is about getting information and analyse them to find the root cause.

Hypnosis, in contrast, does not go into lengthy asking and analysis. The subject is basically being asked a few questions and to relate their issues wthin a short 15 minutes and the hypnosis is then carry out straightaway.

For some people, they have a perception that the therapist need to find out more about them first before solving their problem. In that case, a combined approach of using psychotherapy/counselling and hypnosis is a better solution.
